Set Up and Takedown

This is for guest count of 150 people. Includes venue assessment with couple, meeting with couple 2-3 weeks prior, advice and consultation regarding decor per email, text or phone, tables and chairs need to be set up prior to our arrival, standard decor set up of linens, centerpieces, table decor, memorial table, sweetheart table, card table, guest table, seating chart area, place chargers- no tableware or place settings, photos, dessert staging area, ceremony decor if at venue. (Does not include arch set up, wall set up, marquee set up, installations, moving or setting up furniture, ). Standard takedown includes removal of your decor, packing it in your totes, and taking to your car. (We will not remove card box or gifts). This is not day of coordination services!

Additional fees for higher guest count, travel fees, other set up items cost or room flips
