Want a beautiful wedding on a budget, consider renting these trendy, current designs at Sunflower Wedding.

WHAT TO RENT:

For those less-sentimental items you are unlikely to use again, renting is the way to go. You will probably save money.

ARCHES/BACKDROPS:

Get the latest trends on modern, easy set up portable arches and backdrops that only take minutes to setup.

CAN WE COME AND TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR INVENTORY?

HOW DO I RENT?

STEP 1: Browse our products and find something you love!

STEP 2: Message Sunflower Wedding Rentals with Event date, email and what you are interested in renting.

We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible. (PLEASE CHECK SPAM IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM ME)

STEP 3: Once availability is confirmed for your rental items, a Rental Terms Contract and Non-refundable 25% Booking Retainer Invoice will be sent to you to reserve your date. The retainer is applied to your rentals.

Reservation of Date:

Items and/or services are not reserved until a rental terms agreement is signed and a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE booking Retainer is received by Sunflower Wedding. A security deposit will also be required due on day of pick up. Booking Retainer and Security Deposit will be on your invoice.
ANY retainer paid is NON-REFUNDABLE.
An additional retainer or security deposit may be required upon additional services.

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?

Thursday afternoon to Monday afternoon.

CAN I PICK UP MY RENTALS? Absolutely, we will meet in West Green Bay, Kaukauna or Abrams. (additional charge for mileage outside of Green Bay/Kaukauna/Abrams area) Pickup time is typically from noon to 3 pm.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS IS ACCEPTED? Cash, Venmo, WIX Invoice or advance check.

DO YOU REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT? Yes. The security deposit is included on your invoice and is returned to you within 72 business hours.

What type of vehicle will I need?

This depends on the items you are renting. Smaller items may be transported via car but many of the items will require a SUV or covered/enclosed truck bed. *Items cannot be picked up or kept in an open trailer or open truck bed.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR RETURN OF MY ITEMS?

All items must be cleaned prior to return and returned in original packaging/boxes. If items are returned in a non-clean state, cleaning fees may be applied.

IS THERE A MINIMUM RENTAL PRICE?

Yes, there is a minimum of 50.00 to rent items.
